Riverboat casinos' identity crisis

Very interesting, Jerry.

So let's see if I can make sense of this.
A riverboat is NOT a sea-faring/sea-worthy vessel so its casino chips aren't considered "wet".
A casino that used to be on a riverboat (paddle boat, barge at dock) that moves inland... is still a riverboat casino ot it's not? sad
Do we have an agreed upon definition?

Good thing I only own one riverboat chip otherwise I might be confused! vbg
