Not correct (at least not now)
The UV is just another color of ink in the printer so it goes on automatically when the inlays are printed.
I know this from artwork files I see from time to time and Im going to guess it has been that way for maybe 6 or 7 years at least.
You can't necessarily guarantee that the placement differentiates orders, as a re-order could have it in the same place as the original.
