Here's my first crack at scanning with my new V300. Not bad!

I use it on Professional Mode/24-bit Color/300dpi. My only issue is that on some chips, it seems to be so sensitive that it "sees" the edge of the chip and scans it too. I am able to remove the "edge" in the crop.

Any suggestions about detailed configuration or settings in the Epson Scan software? Thanks.
