I've noticed a few posts the last days from chippers stating that they've
either received or are waiting for some chips from the various 33-points pool or
chipboard football pool. These posts got me to thinking....what is the appropriate
amount of time to wait before one starts questioning the arrival of contest chips
in the mail? Also, some of the posts the last few days listed all of the names of
the people who were to send chips and then added that 5 or 8 or some other number
have sent theirs but the winner is still waiting on a few from others. I understand that nobody
wants to "call somebody out" for not sending a chip but as a person who sends chips
to the winner (seems like I've been doing that a lot this year ) I would like to know if
my chip has arrived. Is there a way of notifying the senders of the chips without
embarrassing the non-senders in public? Just wondering.
