What does "Jackpot" mean on dealers chip?

Those 2 pictures in my post show both sides of the chip. The 2 "dealers chips" there indicate who is dealing and who might ante for the entire table as the deal changes to the right after each pot. The sides happen to be different for the large chip. "Jackpot," I think, indicates that the dealer has decided (or the table has decided) that this particular pot will have special rules or special size of bets, something like that.
