What kind of chips are these? Bridge table chips?

Someone just sent me this picture. I gather they are inlaid chips, regular 1-1/2" clay chips. I never saw them before. Trying to get one or some. She has 44 of them (no Kings and some other cards missing -- from a 52-chip set?). I thought maybe they would be used in large bridge playing gatherings -- as trump indicators and table number indicators.

Ever see them before or know what they are?
