Closed. This is due to the problem in Monterrey. In all likelihood the government will close the other 700 legal casinos in the next few days.
The problem goes beyond the narco attack in Monterrey and heads will roll (figuratively, though it might also be literally) over this. It is calculated that there are over 1500 ilegal clubs in the country.
