I see nothing that tells me that the seller made any suggestion that he would combine shipping either before the purchase or afterwards. He makes a mention of "Too Late" whatever that means. To me that could very well mean that had he been asked before the purchase was made he may have, but after the purchase, it was too late.

The reason I mentioned a nutral was that if the seller did everythig he was supposed to do and the buyer was still not happy, there is no reason to give a positive. Thats wny I suggested a nutral or even better, no feedback at all.
