Technically because he combined then he only has one tracking number and should of paid for two.

I sell on ebay and let me tell you this.....It is BS that he would not combine, and if he doesnt combine or offer you at a very minimum half of the second pd shipping money back then IN MY OPINION (keep in mind I'm a seller too) you shoudl email him and tell him right out.

Tell him that before you leave feedback you just wanted to see what we can do about this extra shipping charge? I think he could at the very least give you back 1.50.

If he doesnt then I would leave neg feedback...because if you wanted to you could simply state that you didnt get the other chip and he would have no recourse and would lose out the ship and the cost of the item (IM NOT SAYING you should do this but when he combines but doesnt do it the right way there is no proof a 2nd package was mailed but a 2nd package was pd for by you

The only thing that might make it different is if you pad for the first item already, then asked to combine...you technically cant do that through ebay once one item is pd for.....then as a seller you are forced to send indivually or the buyer could claim he never got the 2nd pkg.

Most sellers when they here the words "before I leave feedback" will try to work with you...if he doesnt then I SAY...NEGATIVE is deserved
