Today I mailed a personal chip. I used the coffee cup holder, a flip and a small white envelope. The clerk was not the regular one. She is trying to decide what to charge me. She bends it slightly and puts it thru the 1/4" slot. the whole time I'm saying should be 64 maybe 44 cents. She seemed confused, but put a 44 cents sticker on it.
