Here is one I am involved in now. I buy these Franklin Mint History of the US sets, toss the tokens and use the rest for my Silver Strikes. Here is what I bought:

You can't see much of the details but it is a nice wooden box with 10 pages holding the tokens.

Here is what I received:

The guy just put the wooden case with the 38 pounds of tokens in a cardboard box and shipped it with no insulating material on the sides. The first time the wonderful Post Office dropped it the wooden box blew apart into numerous pieces. There was not a single glued joint that was not destroyed. The worst news is it is going to cost me $30 just to return it so I can get my money back from Paypal.
