The R diamond mold chips were purchased from an estate sale in Lexington, KY.
The people that used them in Lexington were tracked back to Oregon City, Or thru FBI records. They had other Oregon City chips that were being used in Lexington. One of those guys had a 1st name of Robert.

That said: The R chips are more than likely generic chips.
