You're right, I wouldn't know the difference between the M and the Aliente Station...unless, of course, they have signs with their names on 'em (that always helps...I can't spell biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig words, but I can read l letter names...like M!! )

As for your "rif raf" . Those were the civic leaders of Las Vegas in the 1930's, dressed for the Helldorado days events, and hanging out at the Sal Sagev tavern...and I'll betcha' they were having a lot of fun, under the influence of Sid Martin's sloe gin fizzes!!!

At least the Sal Sagev had some character...and some characters ! Presumably, from your post, M and Aliente Station just blend in...
