The best cleaner I have found is ArmorAll General purpose cleaner. PLEASE PLEASE be sure you get the general purpose cleaner as it is the only one of their products that is not petroleum based. All of their other products will eat your chip or the inserts. I used it with a Qtip and warm water. the results have been great so far. Have not seen any damage to the hot stamps or other parts of the chip.
