I had a similiar result with my complaint about horrible service at Hollywood in Tunica. I wrote to the general manager (at the suggestion of the hotel staff) and never received a response. A few weeks later I had another minor problem and mentioned the previous one to the VIP host who called about it. She took my name and contact info and said she would call the GM's secretary personally and that I would hear from her shortly. Never heard a word.
