That's appalling!!

You would think that they would have at least had a picture of the guy they were looking for with them - making someone walk to the security camera in the middle of the night seems pretty amateurish anyway, as well as massively unfair on your dad.

They obviously don't care about customer relations either. I've come across unhelpful or grumpy staff in casinos before (as well as a lot of nice employees too of course), but never anything like that.

Hope your dad and his friend are not too upset after this, although I do think they deserve a decent apology!
