Re: Why padded envelopes sad
In Response To: Why padded envelopes sad ()

I have had this experiance twice, in the last year. One chips was turned into powder on one corner. The other broken in two. I sent emails and recieved new chips so I was not out anything, but you would think the persons sending would use padded envelopes and save themselves trouble and some money since they replaced them and had to shipp at thier cost.

To me it was a real shame, because in both cases they were illegal chips that were over 60 years old.
