I think this finish was only tested at the Mirage high roller room with these roulttes. I have never seen this finish on any other chips. Different from Don's slick finish in that there is no indication of bumps at all. The finish is almost like a C&S chip except that the "seal" was rather poorly applied and is streaky on most of the chips. Kinda like you painted polyurethane on the chip with a brush.
