Is anyone still paying less than $1.22 (1 oz. parcel rate)to mail a OOO bubble mailer?
The last few that I sent with 88¢ postage (large envelope) have encountered postage due situations.
The "nice" lady at the post office counter says that they HAVE to go via parcel rates.....
