(REUTERS) Las Vegas- A man known only as Barry H. has been spotted in various casinos around the Las Vegas strip on what is speculated to be a covert mission. With FBI, CIA, and casino security following closely he has been seen going to dealers and cages in what can only be described as laundering chips and removing certain chips from circulation. Close attention and added security have been placed around all ROULETTE tables due to prior allegations of various 'gaming-misconduct'.
