perhaps you did. I stated "The cost of plan D would increase for all but still a big savings for some" I am willing to pay a little more if it provides relief for those with high drug costs. I know several people that have annual drug costs in excess of $3,000 a year. and whose total income is less than $10,000 per year. All I know is that they need help.
