I guess I can't understand why the person (either a member or non-member) who currently holds a collection cannot write down a contact person (or two or more) should that person meet some untimely demise. I have a very small collection of chips, but both my wife & my daughter know who to contact to get rid of my collection should something happen to me. These are people that I feel comfortable & confident with knowing that they would help my family -- not themselves.
