After 1986 or so and pre 2004 the only place to play no limit was The Shoe, GN, Mirage, then the Belagio. Usually large blind.
Since 2004 it is everywhere.
Now I see it dying down again. It is breaking every human. The shylocks own the game and the players!!

From about 1980-1987 we had a pot limit game at the FQ's that went every day and sometimes for days at a time.
The Shy's broke that one up also.
That said: How about changing Club tourney to Spit In The Ocean.
