Get some expert opinion at the eBay "PayPal Discussion Board" ( http://forums.ebay.com/db2/forum/Paypal/97 ). You can make a free and easy post there. There are guys who spend their life there waiting for questions. There are other discussion boards there as well ( http://forums.ebay.com/category/Ebay-Discussion-Boards/2001 )... ...... There is also an eBay complaint procedure that I forget the rules for... ..... How did they know that you received an empty envelope? I see that they didn't pay for delivery confirmation. .... ..... ..... Interesting whether the right claim is INR or SNAD in your case. I would guess SNAD (see my post in the thread for these abbreviations). ... ... ... I hope you paid with a credit card. Every buyer should always do that when dealing with strangers (or friends).... ..... The seller sounds like a real jerk. Hell get a negative FB, low DSR's, and lose the case to boot, and over what! Beautiful. ... ..... ..... One last piece of advice -- don't get upset over it.
