No records exist on that mold.
No way to know how many made. It would depend on how many BJ and crap tables they had.
Say they had 1 BJ and 1 crap tables. They would have needed roughly 2,000 $5. Just an opinion.
The chips would have been made at the Burt Company, in MA. But they did not hot stamp chips.
More than likely hot stamped and sold at the Lew Edwards Company. Sorry I don't have their address handy but they would have been out of business for many years.
