I just noticed the scratch in the chip.
Will try to replace with one that is not scratched.

For you newbies, scratches on the face of a chip (particularly the Chipco's) come from the cage cashiers.
When the chips are racked, they often run a chip along the edges of the rack of chips to see if the rows are full, often leaving a scratch on the surface of the chip on the end of a row.
