My personal opinon, Justice Stein needs to stop dragging his feet and pick a buyer right now so that the Tropicana can be renovated and brought back to it's glory, whether it's Carl Icahn or even the Cordish Group and former Caesars Entertainment CEO Wallace Barr it doesn't matter as long as it's not former owner Tropicana Entertainment. Icahn in my opinion did a better job running the Sands then Tropicana Entertainment and Columbia Sussex did running the Trop and given the chance I believe that Mr. Icahn would bring a lot of positive changes to the Trop.
