Another odd item from Las Vegas last week. This is only 25 mm in diameter and doesn't seem to be listed in the Promo Token Book.

Similar to the design on the dealers' neck pendant, but much smaller. Looks like it might have been gold at one time but has considerable surface rubbing. Maybe from a charm bracelet? Comments welcome.
