Re: Trinket from the Super Show:Eddies Club
In Response To: Trinket from the Super Show ()

This is a strange one. It appears to be a small 32 mm lammer with the club name and location added. This is listed in TCR as a 50's chip, catalog N6186. However, TCR says it's hot stamped. From the looks of the surface, I think each was individually engraved. This chip is pictured in Howdy's original Nevada chip book and the marking is similar but not identical. Also listed in TCR are 5, 50, and 100 chips.

Because of the denominations, my guess is these were used on table games as bet or credit markers, most likely as "cents" designations on the roulette table. I'd like to find the other values if anyone has extras of the Eddies mustard, aqua, and lavender chips.
