The question remains ....

..... what do I make out of the translation: Prized??????????????

Below is the USPC tag. The word Preciado or prized represnts either a person's name, a building or gambling joint, or a city. I can't find a city in Panama named Preciado. If it was a name, I would expect to find a Mr. or SeƱor (Sr.). However there definitely are people named Preciado. I'm also thinking a building as there is a Preciado building.

Obviously I need more info.

Preciado is a Spanish family name.
