There were some nice ROULETTE C&S ("ROULETTE" above/below) sent to Panama as well; one a numeral 7, sailboat, pinwheel; star, 4-leaf clover along with other generic designs... also w/o attribution, though USPC indicated destination was Panama. Not seen in Herz' photos. Only halftones.
