Actually you dont pay to have a package delivered to someones door.
You pay from Post Office to Post Office. Home delivery is free and at the discretion of the Post Office. Express Mail is the only Door to Door service that you pay for.
That being said, you get what you pay for. Don't start with the tax payer dollars at work either. The USPS is the only government agency that uses no tax dollars and actually pays the government.
We do put up with a lot of B/S from management.
