Don said "James' values represent dealer selling prices. eBay prices are not retail prices,". He also said "In my opinion, you will usually find dealer marked prices to be 30-50% higher than auction prices".

If TCR also represents dealer selling prices then one could infer that ebay prices boosted by 30 to 50% would represent dealer selling prices.

Now personally speaking, I think you should use an average of all prices, but from what Don said increasing ebay prices is the way to go.
