The ONLY neutral feedback I ever recieved was from an auction where I sold 12 one dollar bills (one from each of the Federal Reserve Districts - A,B,C,D,...) THEN I put a picture of EACH one (the actual ones for auction) and said "What you see is what you get" & Email for any questions. They sold for UNDER face value! I lost a couple of dollars on the auction ..... then Got a NEUTRAL feedback stating "MISLEADING". WHAT??? She could exchange them at the bank and MADE A PROFIT if she was unhappy OR returned tem to me for a refund!

It happened on 9/11 a year or so after the WTC and she left 19 unfavorable feedbacks for sellers that day. Ebay terrorist?
