Some others may not and if its in the picture it should come with unless its a quarter(25 cents) to show perspective, seems shady to me. Its sad but thats why I buy most chips from our board. I have bought from him before without issues but I dont want to get a microscope each time I bid on his auctions and read every last word. It steers me away NO DOUBT !! Guess we have the freedom to bid or not bid.
