The Bird Cage was open 1958 - 1959

The Nevada Club was open 1932-1953 and 1953-1969
The Nevada Clubs on each have letters DF on one and LF on the other. I'm guessing first and last name initials. ?

Any info on such things out there as to the reason they were made and values.
