I think a lot of voters think that Vince Young was a just such a freak college player that they discount the rest of the team and coaches. (Which is wrong.)

I still think it boils down to people don't think Mack Brown is as good of a coach because of his record against Oklahoma. Don't get me wrong, I was rooting for Texas this year. (OSU was out of it early.) I don't care much for Florida, USC, Oklahoma, and Alabama. Now that Texas Tech beat them, though, I am rooting for Texas Tech. (okay, in all actuality, I'm rooting for Ball St., but that is hopeless.)

Back to your 'Horns... Mack needs to do it again without an "All World" star to get some credit as a coach.
