That's the correct postage for a large envelope, Dave. My point was that the USPS has decided that the bubble mailers are no longer considered large envelopes; they're parcels (small packages), which are supposed to cost $1.13 if they weigh 1 ounce or less.

It's often cheaper to mail something out of the country than it is to mail it across the street. Even the clerks shake their heads at that one.
