I know this has been debated often on the board, but Steve, if you've been paying only 58 cents to mail a 1-ounce 5x7 bubble mailer, you've been very fortunate. They're now supposed to be classified as parcels, which means the correct postage should be $1.13. There is still occasionally some confusion over this among USPS workers, but $1.13 is the right amount.
