After reading some recent posts on the ChipBoard about an individual who was taking advantage of the chipping community, I thought came to mind. We know that there are some bad guys out there, but we don't have a good solution about dealing with them. If they are members of the CCGTCC and we can make a substantiated claim, at worse, they can lose their membership. If they are not CCGTCC members, there is little else we can do. Litigation is not usually an option, because the parties are usually not local and the expense is typically more than the lose. But I think we can go further than that.

I added a BANNED LIST feature to the Caribbean ChipGuide. When an individual is added to the banned list they will no longer be able to access the Caribbean ChipGuide. When they attempt to enter the site, they will get this message: "You are banned from this website, please do not return". I will only add individuals to the list if, within the context of the casino collectible hobby, they: 1) Are caught being dishonest, and 2) Refuse to make good.
