Demand has nothing to do with the term "Limited Edition" ... neither does quantity.
On several occassions you've thrown the word "investment" into the mix. That reference does not apply either. A casino can issue a Limited Edition chip of 5,000 - 10,000.

A "Limited Edition" can have NOTHING to do with "celebrating a casino" OR play at the tables. It can be issued to celebrate a holiday ... or a special event like "Ground Hog Day"
