I got a good sized gun safe at Walmart for about $350.00. I've seen them at Costco as well. If you can't bolt it down my father in-law suggested throwing pennys loose in the floor of the safe. A couple years of savings pennys can weigh it down making it it harder to be carted off by a theif.
