I just wanted to say that I prefer bubble mailers, because they are not only thicker and cushioned better - the envelope paper does not tear as easily. I have collected alot of Brass-Core chips that are a little heavier than regular chips and the only times I ever had a problem was when people sent them to me in regular, paper, letter or legal envelopes. I've had many ripped envelopes from instances where regular envelopes were used. I EBAY as BAHULWEE and have had over 1550 transactions with 726 feedback. As far as postage rates and hand-stamping - I love the Post Office, but I'm not sure if they(actual workers) like special orders and Oops! Sorry! Accident! Oh Well! Next!
