The only problem there is what ebay think's - The auction bidders list says they both won one - that means final value fee for ebay - They will most likely say " a auction is a Binding Contract" - Their standard Phrase - So what the customer think's really does'nt matter - it's happend before to other customers and it will most likely keep happening - Eday is not what I would call Customer Freindley - So wheather we agree or not does not make much of a difference - sellers listing mistake or not.
