Ebay problem...need advice

OK, so I won this auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=270185256471&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=017

The seller had it in a wring catagory(casino:other)
one of these sold in the correct catagory(casino:chips:$100) last week for $146.00 by itself.(item # 220165615784)

If you read the auction, it is CLEARLY stated that it is ONE Auction for BOTH items....FURTHERMORE if you scroll down to the bottom you can see where I SECIFICALLY ask if the auction was for one or both items, to which the seller stated it is for BOTH.

ITS ALL RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF GOD AND EVERYBODY!!!!

here's the problem: due to the confusing nature of EBAY, the seller marked 2 under quantity available. it was an honest mistake by the seller, and was the reason for my question.(which, by being posted on the auction page should have left NO QUESTION for anyone bidding, especially EBAY veterans).

Upon closing of the auction, the second place bidder, STATUSCYMBALS, starts trying to lay claim to one of the items. He was trying to be cheap, and put in a firly low bid (all things considdered) at the last second...not leaving himself any time to raise his bid. I OUTBID HIM FIARLY!!!!

Statuscymbals is now complaining to the seller, and saying that the seller should give us each one chip for $52.00. I see him selling/buying
all the time, so I know he knows what the chips are worth(so he should have bid higher), and I know he knows his way around ebay( so he should know it was an honest mistake). I Beat him fairly, and I feel he is being bitter, greedy, dishonest, and trying to screw me on my find.

If he HONESTLY thought It was 2 items being sold separately, then he wouldn't have a problem paying the seller his FULL bid of $104.09 for ONE chip, but he wont even do that. he's trying to get the chip super cheap so he can turn a profit.,....DISHONESTLY!!!!
(Yes, I Would auction off the second chip in the correct catagory, and probably make a small profit(which would go into my chip fund) + plus 1 chip for my collection, BUT I DID IF FAIRLY AND HONESTLY, and, as many of you chippers know, its finding deals like these that make this hobby even possible for some if us....LIKE ME!)

Any advice on what I should do?

Also, as many chips as he/she sells/bids on, I know people here must know him/her.
If anyone does, please let him/her know that what they're doing (trying to make a profit by tiking it out of my pocket for what they KNOW is someone els's honest mistake) IS NOT HONEST, HONORABLE, or RESPECTABLE...PERIOD!!!! and next time, dont be cheap unless your willing to accept the consequinces.

Thanks for your time and input,
Shawn Greenwood
