Now, I not defending Jimmy but I have personally sent money (check) over the years to casinos (after contacting the casino) and they have sent me back chips. In most cases I have to send a prepaid package to send the chips back. In most case the chips have been house chips but I have order LE also from 2 casinos in North Las Vegas.

I have done this with a couple casinos in Las Vegas, a casino in Deadwood, and one in Colorado. I've asked a couple casinos that were outside of the United States and they agreed to do it, but I never got around to sending a check.

I haven’t requested chips from Atlantic City so I don’t know if it can be done there.

It’s is also my understanding that you can order chips from one Harrah’s location and they we send them to another Harrah’s location for you.
