It certanily is not in NV, the one I live in.

The Mayor's realm stops at Sahara ave. He has no say so on what happens south of Sahara. Commonly called The Strip.

"It is not a place to raise a family."

I raised my family here. Most people that have a hard time raising their famlies here are putting all their $ in action, slots, tables, etc instead of putting it into their family life.

I love living in Las Vegas and would never entertain any idea of moving. The city has been very good to me for for 28 years. I go where I want, when I want. I do avoid rush hours whenever possible. I bet other cities have that problem.

Life is what you make it, not where you live it.
