I read all of Dale's notes. I know that many chips submitted for codes did not receive one.

However my point holds. Many chips in Dale's book should not have different codes.

I opened my website and found an example on the very first page.

Below are 3 different codes which probably should only be 1 or 2 codes. The third fly might rate a code. With 2 carvers, how could one expect the identical flys? Of course this assumes at least 2 carvers.
