BTW, difference between free play and NCVs
... at least in the example I gave is that a $25 free play chip is worth $12.50 since you get one play. A $25 NCV, like the type below, is worth $25 (or, $24.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999...)
