It's "haggis". One of the tastiest things on earth - and I'm Canadian (although from my name you can guess my heritage).

One of the best things I ever tried when in Scotland was haggis and chips. They batter and deep-fry a small haggis and serve it with chips. So this is a chip related post! See photo:
